IT and technical recruitment specialist Outsource UK has been awarded the coveted ISO 9001 quality management standard in recognition of the consistent quality service it provides to its clients.
The accreditation applies to all the Swindon firm’s UK offices and ensures that operating systems and procedures are traceable and streamlined and that they help increase efficiencies.
It puts Outsource ahead of the game when it comes to tendering and winning work, and gives current and potential clients the confidence that Outsource’s business practices are of top quality.
Included in the standard are the handling of contract and permanent vacancies, the mathcing of applicants, inductions, training and appraisals along with management procedures and administration.
