Two employees of Swindon-based specialist recruitment consultancy Outsource UK have been shortlisted for some of the industry’s most prestigious awards.
Tara Davis and Will Louzado, pictured, are finalists in the Institute of Recruitment Professionals (IRP) 2013 Awards.
Account manager Tara is among four finalists for the Best Candidate and Client Experience title while recruiter Will lines up against three others for Best Newcomer of the Year.
Outsource founder and managing director Paul Jameson said: “These awards recognise exceptional achievement by the very best individuals and companies within recruitment.
“We are extremely proud of everyone in our workforce. Tara and Will are superb ambassadors for us all, and we are hoping they achieve the ultimate prize they so very much deserve.”
Since joining Outsource a year ago, Will has risen through the ranks and won Outsource’s internal Recruiter of the Quarter award earlier this year.
The IRP 2013 Awards dinner takes place in London on December 3.
Outsource supplies contract, permanent and interim IT, financial services, engineering and defence staff to businesses across the UK and Europe. As well as its Swindon head office it has bases in Newcastle-under-Lyme and Manchester. It employs 49 people and has an annual turnover of £35m.
