Manufacturing in Swindon and Wiltshire will come under the spotlight at a Business West workshop this Wednesday.
The free event, at Swindon College, North Star Avenue, will look at the needs of a successful manufacturing business including a workforce with the appropriate skill set, good processes, access to research and development, business support and finance when needed.
This interactive workshop, which runs from 10am to 2pm, will identify all the support that exists for manufacturers and how it can be accessed.
Attendees will find out:

- How to up- skill your workforce
- Apprenticeships: the benefits and support
- What resources universities/colleges can offer
- What membership organisations can do to help you
