Swindon property agency Kilpatrick & Co has been appointed as sole letting agent on Hughenden Yard in Marlborough, a retail development of 17 units off the High Street with direct access from a 34-space public car park.
Three of the shops are being marketed, offering space from 400 sq ft to 1,100 sq ft.
