Leading Swindon conveyancer Hoffman Male is expanding again by opening a Bristol branch, less than two years after moving to bigger premises.
Hoffman Male, which also specialises in wills and probate, relocated from Old Town to larger offices at Windmill Hill in May 2011. Now the firm’s principal, Mary Hoffman, is opening an office in Bristol and is taking on a new partner to run it.
“I am really excited about this development, but what is important above all else is ensuring we provide in Bristol the same high quality service our clients receive in Swindon,” said Mary.
The new office, based near Almondsbury and with easy access from the M5, will be open from June 1 and will concentrate on commercial and residential conveyancing, as well as wills and probate.
Mary said: “At Hoffman Male, one of our specialisms is new build and shared ownership properties, and there is a buoyant market for this in Bristol so we hope to be able to quickly build up the business there.”
Mary has also recruited a trainee to join her and her colleagues Roger Male and Veronica Scott in Swindon. Roger originally set up the firm in 1979.
Mary added: “Conveyancing remains busy, particularly the residential side. Our wills and probate division is also growing, which is why we needed to recruit. By taking on an apprentice, we can ensure we train that person to the high standards expected of Hoffman Male so they are a real asset to our business and our clients.”
