Swindon conveyancing firm Hoffman Male has refreshed its image with updated branding and a new website 18 months after moving into new premises to give the business room to expand.

The property law firm is also looking for a conveyancing executive – someone experienced in this area of the law, or who may be part-qualified – to help with its growing commercial and residential conveyancing department.

Principal Mary Hoffman said the firm is also planning to bring in a second person to work in wills and probate, part of the business which has expanded rapidly since the move to the Windmill Hill Business Park.

Long term, Mary plans to take on a partner to help her run the business. The Hoffman Male team also comprises Roger Male and Veronica Scott, so will double in size if all three positions – conveyancer, wills and probate support, and new partner – are filled.

Mary said: “We have remained busy with conveyancing because we have so many loyal clients, some of whom we have helped move many times over.

“Even over the summer we were very busy, when we expected to be quieter. The commercial side grows every year, and I would like our new team member to continue this trend. The wills and probate side is doing equally well, so we need help here too.

“The move to Windmill Hill has been great for the firm, and very popular with our clients. It’s also surprising just how many people we get dropping in ‘off the street’ for help and advice.”
