Two IT businesses based in Cedar House at Malmesbury’s Riverside Business Village have taken more space in the building, leaving it fully occupied.
Business-focussed IT consultancy Leading Resolutions has moved from its 2,080 sq ft suite on the ground floor to take 5,341 sq ft in Suites 2 and 3 on the first floor.
Meanwhile ICCM Solutions, a supplier of service management software and consultancy services, has increased its floorspace by a third after taking Suite 2 on the ground floor. It now occupies 4,160 sq ft.
James Gregory of Alder King’s Swindon office, which secured both lettings on behalf of the landlord Minton Malmesbury, said: “It’s very encouraging to see two local businesses performing so well in a competitive industry and as a consequence requiring additional space to accommodate their growth.”
Cedar House, pictured, was recently refurbished to provide high-quality modern office space with a showpiece reception/entrance hall and luxury meeting rooms and plentiful car parking.
Leading Resolutions has taken a new five-year lease while ICCM has signed a co-terminus seven-year lease.
