Property consultants Alder King have promoted Alison Williams to an associate at its office in Swindon.
Her new role will see her continue to provide property acquisition and disposal advice to corporate, regional and local clients on industrial properties in Swindon and across Wiltshire. Alison has also developed a sound knowledge of the regional retail sector and provides advice to national and local retailers as well as office sector clients.
Her most significant recent industrial disposal was the sale of the former Comet Building in Westbury to Welton Bibby & Baron, Europe’s largest manufacturer of paper bag packaging.
