The future is Recyclabox for Accord Office

Accord Office Supplies has introduced an environmentally responsible delivery service with the launch of a recyclable delivery box for its customer deliveries.
 
The Swindon-based office products distributor makes over 1,000 monthly deliveries to businesses across the UK.
 
Recyclabox is part of Accord’s continuing environmental commitment to implement greener and more sustainable alternatives across its business operations.
 
The sturdy but easily collapsible boxes, made from 100 per cent recycled waste can be reused for up to four deliveries. Customers simply remove their delivered goods and return the folded boxes to the driver on the next delivery. Card is also used to replace conventional fillers to hold products securely in place when in transit, meaning less waste and mess when unpacking.
 
Jason Thomas, managing director of Accord Office Supplies, said: “We are constantly looking at ways to provide our customers with green and sustainable alternatives. We make thousands of deliveries every year and we are always looking to reduce the amount of packaging required.  Recyclabox provides customers with a simple, efficient and environmentally responsible delivery service which can reduce waste packaging by up to 75%.”
