Daredevils from Swindon office products distributor Accord Office Supplies braved the dizzy heights of town’s Jurys Inn to raise money for Prospect Hospice.
The team, made up of eight employees and their families, took part in the nail-biting 130-ft abseil as part of the hospice’s Abseil for Prospect event, supported by inSwindon.
The team raised more than £1,000 for the hospice that provides care for people living with life-threatening illnesses in Swindon and surrounding area.
Jason Thomas from Accord said: “We were happy to be raising money for such a worthwhile cause. The hospice has personally supported several of our employees so we thought it was a great way to say thank you.”
Accord, based on Swindon's Westmead Industrial Estate, is one of the UK's leading office products distributors of its kind .
