Swindon law firm Withy King has worked closely with a TV vet to negotiate the lease on a 5,000 sq ft building which will be transformed into a state-of-the-art veterinary practice offering a completely new approach to animal care.

Joe Inglis, who is well-known for his roles in Vets in Practice and The One Show, will be heading up Vet’s Klinic, a revolutionary practice that will include a viewing gallery for owners, live internet streaming and access to pet medical records and booking online.

Greg Callard, a solicitor in the commercial property team at Withy King, helped negotiate the lease on the new premises located at Bridgemead. He said: “There has been a reasonable amount of movement in the property market in Swindon lately with more premises being taken on flexible, leasehold terms. We are very pleased to have played a part in helping bring such a ground-breaking project to the area and we wish Joe and his team every success.”

Joe hopes that Vet’s Klinic will transform the way in which vets currently practice, educate pet owners and make treatment much more affordable. It is set to open in August.
