Swindon-based Arval UK has won the Fleet Management Service Award at the 2012 Van Fleet World Honours for the leading service that its Technical Centre provides to LCV customers.
The Van Fleet World Honours are presented annually to those motor manufacturers, service companies and individuals who have, in the opinion of the judges, achieved the highest possible level of excellence in their sector. Mohammed Imran from the Arval Technical Centre collected the award at a special ceremony held at the Royal Automobile Club, Pall Mall.
Mr Imran said: “The Technical Centre makes a big difference to our vehicle downtime performance and our ability to save money for customersWe have a real centre of excellence here.”
Made up of experienced industry technicians, the Technical Centre is deisgned to save customers money, inconvenience and allow them to best meet the needs of their own customers by providing technical support to get their vehicles back on the road quickly.
John Kendall, Van Fleet World editor (and member of the judging panel) said: “Arval’s Technical Centre is a manifestation of the company’s considerable commitment to providing a high quality service for LCV fleet operators.
