Acting on behalf of private investors, Armada Group, Alder King has sold the Former Hydrex Building, Hullavington, Chippenham.

The premises comprises 4,550sq ft on 0.913 acres of land and is located less than 5 miles from junction 17 of the M4 on a former railway station yard.

The property benefits from workshop and stores have with roller shutter doors to the side and front elevations, modern office accommodation and secure perimeter fencing.

The assignment of the existing lease on the property has been bought by Fork Rent, one of the UK’s leading plant hire companies.
