Whitmarsh Lockhart,on behalf of CB Richard Ellis has let Unit 33a Bramble Close, Elgin Industrial Estate following a comprehensive refurbishment of the building just a few months ago. The new tenant is Cortus which is made up of Roman Kahan, John Hillier & Sean Warren who believe there is an opportunity to provide a sub-contract engineering service.
Roman Kahan, commented: “It was an easy decision to start the new company and we will be relishing the opportunity to work for ourselves. We will be very busy over the coming weeks and months and hope to employ more staff very shortly.”
