Swindon firms are being encouraged to enter GWE Business West’s Born Global 2012 after the success of this year’s competition.
Born Global was launched in November last year by GWE Business West to find the best new business idea in the South West with the potential to go global. More than 90 applicants entered the competition from across the region and more are expected for next year’s event.

The 2011 winner was Exeter-based Fantasy Shopper, who were awarded a £20,000 cash prize, as well as a range of bespoke PR, investment readiness and export business services.
