Acting on behalf of Leehampton Developments (Edison Park ), Keningtons has sold a 0.878 acre site to Eastcott Veterinary Hospital. Leehampton will then develop an 11,000 sq ft, state-of-the-art veterinary hospital on the site, which the practice will purchase when complete.
Jeremy Sutton of Keningtons commented: “Leehampton and their design team have worked closely with the Directors of Eastcott Veterinary Hospital in the design and layout of the new hospital and we will start to see work commencing on site by the end of October.”
Peter Southerden, a Director at Eastcott added: “This is an exciting project for us and will be a huge expansion of our Practice. Our existing surgeries in Old Town and Gorse Hill will continue to operate. Alongside our commitment to our first opinion clients we plan to develop the referral services we already offer to the South West region. We will also be providing training and hosting lectures for veterinary professionals.
“This has been a long-term project for us and Leehampton have been excellent people to work with and we look forward to seeing our vision taking shape on site over the next few months.”
Leehampton Developments were represented by Keningtons, whose joint agents at Edison Park are Whitmarsh Lockhart. The Eastcott Veterinary Practice was represented by Andrew Fleming Associates.
