Chippenham-based people and organisational development consultancy, Wescott Williams has been awarded a major contact to deliver leadership and development training to the currently integrating Lloyds Banking Group employee base, beating 12 other shortlisted companies to the work.
Programme elements will include ‘Dealing with Ambiguity’ and ‘Leadership Creating Followership’.
