RO Developments has completed a further new letting at its industrial development at South Marston Park, RO24, Swindon, Wiltshire.
Tructyre Fleet Management Ltd has taken a five year lease on unit 15 (2,138 sqft) at a rent of £10,156 per annum.
RO24, Swindon has been extremely popular and has attracted six new lettings and one sale in the last three months.
