Swindon-based stress counsellor and author Carl Rosier-Jones will tell guests to sit back and relax when he gives a talk to networking group Business Village in the town next month.

Carl, pictured, is a former police officer and during his career received a bravery award and a Chief Constable’s Commendation award. He also served in Afghanistan as a member of Royal Auxiliary Air Force.

Two years ago an incident forced him to rethink how people deal with stress. Through his experiences, training and research, he realised that individuals only deal with the symptoms and the aftermath of stress – not the cause.

He prepared his Caveman Principles as a book to offer a swift impact on stressful lives by taking sufferers on a journey to discover the true cause of the problem.

Carl will speak at Business Village’s weekly Thursday breakfast on July 7between 7.30am and 9am. All Business Village events take place at The Campanile Hotel, on Swindon’s Delta Business Park. There is no membership fee, and meetings are just £10 per visit.
