IT consultancy Leading Resolutions has acquired its own office in Royal Wootton Bassett as it continues to expand.

The firm, which was previously based in Malmesbury, bought the 4,000 sq ft unit at Coped Hall from owner Virgin Holidays. The office had housed Virgin Holiday Cruises until it relocated to Crawley.

Leading Resolutions supplies a range of IT services spanning outsourcing, data management and security to blue-chip clients including The National Trust, Nationwide and Sony.

CEO Jeff Motto said: “The acquisition of our new office at Coped Hall reflects our continuing strong financial performance.

“We are delighted to have secured such an excellent location for our headquarters and both our staff and our clients will benefit from its close proximity to the M4. We are also delighted to remain in Wiltshire – Leading Resolutions was founded here – and we support a strong Wiltshire heritage”.

The sale was handled by Swindon property agents Loveday, whose Bradley Forbes said: “We were very pleased to be able to oversee the sale of this building to Leading Resolutions, a progressive firm working with many of the UK’s largest companies.

“Coped Hall Business Park offers high quality office space within striking distance of Junction 16 of the M4 motorway and close to Royal Wootton Bassett High Street and has therefore always been a popular development.”
