Making money from property investment will be the focus of a talk to an upcoming meeting of Swindon networking group Business Village.
Danny Matthews, a mortgage and protection adviser with Total Mortgage Network, will speak at the group’s weekly Thursday meeting on June 4. 
Danny, pictured, said: “There have been a lot of changes with property, mortgages and pensions over the last year. Despite these changes I still believe that property is the best investment people can make today. The housing market is the best it has ever been and the Bank of England’s base rate is 1.5% below the lowest rates in history.”
