Chippenham-based learning and development agency RTS has been officially recognised as a great place to work, having been awarded a two-star accreditation by the Best Companies organisation.

It is the second time RTS has achieved the accreditation from Best Companies, which assesses a business’s commitment to engaging, recognising and developing its people.

The firm, which works for major firms in the global automotive industry, was first awarded the accolade in 2012. The rating is based primarily on an extensive employee survey.

RTS managing director Malcolm Miller said: “I am delighted to have this accreditation again, showing we are a great place to work. We work with clients in developing their people to be the best they can be and it is pleasing that we have had our own people focus recognised.”

Established in 1989, RTS has more than 50 staff and 200 associates. Its clients include Mazda, Toyota, Mercedes-Benz and Nissan, and it stages learning and development programmes in Europe, the Middle East, South Africa and China.

Best Companies has been producing the accreditation standard since 2006 to acknowledge excellence in the workplace.
