Specialist restructuring firm Quantuma has expanded into the South West with an office headed by former BDO regional head Graham Randall.

The firm, which already operates from bases in Southampton, Marlow, London and Brighton, has opened a Bristol office to provide specialised restructuring advice on all forms of insolvency procedures.

Until recently Mr Randall, pictured, headed accountant BDO’s 160-strong South West practice, leading it through a period of significant growth which significantly increased its presence in the region.

He has 30 years’ experience in the restructuring and insolvency field and has a proven track record of rescuing businesses, consistently delivering the maximum return to stakeholders.

Mr Randall, who has been appointed partner at Quantuma, said: “The opportunity to join a fast-growing and dynamic team with a structure that enables me to deliver value for money solutions to distressed businesses was one I could not resist. I am very excited about building the Quantuma brand and a high performing team in the region.”

Lead partner Carl Jackson added: “We are looking forward to expanding into the South West and South Wales markets. Graham brings considerable experience and is well-known across the region and we are delighted he will be leading our South West office.”
