A unit at Swindon’s Kembrey Trade Centre has been let to Same Day Trade Frames, the fast-growing supplier of windows, doors, conservatories, and trade plastics.

The move into the 1,610 sq ft Unit 3 doubles Same Day's space at the centre and meets its expansion plans for its Swindon depot, which opened in October 2012.

The Swindon office of property agents Keningtons acted on behalf of Clipstone Industrial Unit Trust and its specialist fund and asset manager Farmer UK RE in the deal.

Same Day Trade Frames also has outlets in Cheltenham, Gloucester, Cinderford, Bristol and Bromsgrove. The business works closely with builders and installers.

Other occupiers at the trade centre, on Kembrey Business Park, include car body repairs firm Dingmaster, telecommunications company METS and BJS Fires and Fireplaces.
