Swindon accountants Banks restart their popular business events

A series of popular business networking events in Swindon hosted by chartered accountants Banks is relaunched this week.

The first event – a breakfast aimed at business people working in professional services – takes place this Wednesday. The series then runs until July, resuming in the autumn after a summer break.

Banks launched the series when it moved from Old Town to its Stratton offices in May 2012. Since then scores of business people have attended the free events, which include either breakfast for those held between 7.30am-8.45am or a light buffet for the 5.45-7pm events.

Themes for future events include selling a business, retirement planning, and, on March 20, an analysis of the previous day's Budget.

Banks director Richard Mathews, pictured, said: “We’ve had excellent feedback for the events. They give people a chance to network with other businesses as well as gain some really useful knowledge at our themed events.”

More details of the programme are available at www.banksca.co.uk. Booking is required via the website or by emailing claire.hunt@banksca.co.uk
