Two new arrivals boost law firm Stone King’s property department

Stone King, the regional law firm with an office in Melksham, has appointed experienced lawyers Amanda Watts and Jo Boyle to its growing residential property team.
Amanda, pictured, right, with Stone King’s managing partner Steven Greenwood, joins the firm, which also has offices in Bath, Cambridge and London, from Hertfordshire legal practice Nockolds where she was a partner in its commercial property team.
She has expertise in all aspects of property law, particularly the sale and purchase of high-value residential properties and commercial sites.
Amanda is also a keen horsewoman and competes regularly in dressage, show jumping and Jo joins as a residential conveyancer having previously worked at LHP Law and Bath Law.
She has extensive knowledge and experience in the residential conveyancing sector, having started her legal career 30 years ago when she worked for a Bristol law firm.
Jo specialises in all aspects of residential property law, from dealing with sales and purchases to re-mortgages and matrimonial transfers.
