Language school opens in Old Town

A new English Language School has opened in Old Town in Swindon.

Alder King Property Consultants have let the second floor of 3 to 5 Wood Street to the Swindon School of English on a new three year lease, off a quoting rent of £10,000 per annum.

The premises extend to 1,680 sq ft and are located within a three storey mid-terrace building.  They are currently organised as a combination of open plan and private offices/meeting rooms.

Robert Moyse, director of the Swindon School of English said: “We are pleased to have secured a deal on this property which is a great location for us to provide our courses in English as a foreign language. Our courses are designed for foreign students who want to improve their English for employment requirements, to pass an exam, or to enhance their experience of living in the UK.”

Alison Williams, senior surveyor at Alder King commented: “We are delighted to announce this letting which will bring a new service and students to the Old Town area.
