Keningtons LLP has completed the sale of the Westgate building in Cirencester to Langley Holdings PLC.
Westgate House is a substantial commercial property comprising 10,161 sq ft of two storey offices and an adjoining warehouse of 5,261 sq ft together with 54 car parking spaces.
Murray Walker of Keningtons said: “Keningtons generated significant interest in the property from investors, developers and owner occupiers. Ultimately, the strong interest from Langley’s local subsidiary, Piller UK Limited, resulted in the company acquiring the premises for their own occupation, with the sale completing in less than five weeks.”
