Three new lettings by Loveday and Loveday

Local property agent, Loveday and Loveday has recently completed three commercial lettings in the area.

Firstly, acting on behalf of Hopkins Developments, Loveday and Loveday secured the letting of 2,600 sq ft of office space at Curtis Court on a five year lease to Seetec Business Training Centre. Seetec is one of the UK’s leading of employment, training and IT services.

Bradley Forbes of Loveday & Loveday commented: “I am delighted that we have been able to welcome Seetec to Curtis Court.  This letting has proved that the fundamentals of commercial property remain the same; high quality well located office accommodation with parking will always attract interest from tenants over poorer quality space, regardless of market conditions.  We are in discussions with another party and hope to be able to provide more good news shortly.”

Secondly, Loveday and Loveday, acting on behalf of RO Developments, completed the letting of unit 4 Avro gate at South Marston to South West Fasteners.

The unit totaling 3,277 sq ft has been let on a ten year lease and with allow South West Fasteners to relocate from its existing location on Hawksworth Industrial Estate. The company was established in 1980 and has sites in Bristol and Gloucester.

Thirdly, Loveday and Loveday has let unit 4-6 Faraday Road on the Dorcan Industrial Estate in Swindon to T J Joinery.  The letting was completed within just nine days following the agreement of terms and reflects the strong intent of both the landlord and tenant and the excellent service received from their respective solicitors, Bower & Bailey and Lemon & Co.

T J Joinery is a new specialist joinery company specialising in retail shop fitting.  The unit, which provides 12,250 sq ft of refurbished accommodation, has been let on a new five year lease.  The quoting rent was £3.75 psf.
