Keningtons has appointed  Jeremy Sutton who has joined them following the closure of the Swindon office of King Sturge.

Simon Ormrod, partner in charge of the Swindon office of Keningtons commented: “We see the appointment of Jeremy as a great opportunity to increase the Keningtons profile in the Swindon commercial market.  Jeremy has nearly 20 years experience and has dealt with a number of high profile properties over this time and is well known in the commercial property scene in and around Swindon.”

Jeremy added: “ I am delighted to be able to stay in a market that I know well and I am very pleased that the majority of clients have now moved their instructions to Keningtons and I will therefore continue to be involved with office developments such as Lydiard Fields, Kembrey Park, Edison Park, Optimus at Windmill Hill, Delta 600 and Drakes Meadow as well as getting to know Keningtons existing instructions which include Station Square, Holbrook House, Wiltshire Court and One Fifty in Old Town.

“although economic conditions remain uncertain, there are currently a good number of office enquiries in the Swindon market who are actually looking to take space, which gives an optimistic view and hopefully some positive news in the coming months.”
