King Sturge completes two lettings

King Sturge has completed on two lettings for separate clients within seven days of agreeing terms. Unit 11 Kembrey Trade Centre has been let on behalf of Highcross and 3F Darby Close, Cheney Manor has been let on behalf of Benzol Service Stations.
Catalyst Environmental is a stack emissions testing business and have taken unit 11 as a southern base for its staff. Catalyst has taken occupation within seven days of agreeing the terms of the lease.
Stuart Davidson of Catalyst Environmental said: “We are delighted that the landlord was able to allow us early occupation. Legal negotiations can take some time and with our business growing quickly, we needed to be operational as soon as possible.”
King Sturge was asked by Benzol Service Stations for disposal advice on two other units at Darby Close. Matt King of King Sturge said, “We highlighted to the client that the redundant area of hardstanding and parking would have a value to a potential occupier, given its potential to be made secure.”
Quicktime Skips, a local skip hire company agreed terms on Unit 3f for a five year lease at a passing rent of £8,000 per annum. Again, the tenant took occupation within seven days.
Mall King of King Sturge added: “Our aim is to add value to our client’s property wherever we can. These lettings have added significant income to the respective client’s property holdings by completing these lettings in a very short space of time.”
King Sturge has also completed the letting of Unit 8 Kembrey Trade Centre to ROK. Joint agents were Loveday & Loveday.
